Important: These Terms apply to the Site only. Any charter transportation services you request or purchase are governed by a separate written charter service agreement, trip confirmation, order form, or other service-specific terms provided to you at booking (collectively, the “Charter Agreement”). You are responsible for all activities under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your use of the Site.
The Site may allow you to request a quote or submit trip details. Quotes provided through the Site are for informational purposes only, are non-binding, and do not constitute an offer to provide transportation services.
